Turning a failing Government Programme into a successful transformation of disabled children services programme that retained £1.1 revenue and £600k capital budget. At 31st March 2011 there were 1250 disabled children attending short breaks from a nil baseline in 2009.
Developing strategic and business plans in partnership with key stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and young people
Project managing the development of two capital new build projects on budget, in time and to the desired quality
