My Projects

Below are examples of projects that I have successfully delivered:

  • Developing and delivering a pilot training programme for Parent Forums to develop relationships with Clincial Commissioning Groups and other Health bodies like NHS England  
  • Researching information about Clinical Commissioning Groups for a national charity to inform particpation work
  • Recruitment and selection of staff for a national charity
  • Writing policies and procedures for a new business start up and providing on-going human resources support
  • Turning a failing Government Programme into a successful transformation of disabled children services programme that retained £1.1 revenue and £600k capital budget. At 31st March 2011 there were 1250 disabled children attending short breaks from a nil baseline in 2009.
  • Developing strategic and business plans in partnership with key stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Project managing the development of two capital new build projects on budget, in time and to the desired quality
  • Establishing a Disabled Childrens Group to listen to their voice and influence service development 
  • Developing and delivering a training course on behalf of an organisation aimed at small and medium sized businesses to improve work/life balance.
  • Delivering a presentation to employers in Trafford – Manchester.
  • Developing a tender for business for a third party to win a contract.
  • Delivering training for ACAS on work/life balance.
